INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place your dirty clothes into the laundry bag you will find in one of the wardrobes

  2. Fill the form with the exact number of pieces you are placing in the bag

  3. Dial 0 for collection. The team will send someone to pick it up in your room.

SERVICES

SAME-DAY SERVICE
If you drop your laundry before 11:00, you will receive your laundry the same day by 18:00.

If you drop your laundry after 11:00, you will receive your laundry the following day by 18:00.

EXPRESS SERVICE (Extra 50% charge)
If you drop your laundry between 8:00 and 15:00, you will receive your laundry within 4 hours
